All LeitOn HK Ltd. offered PCBs and components are on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that no additional shipping costs will accrue. Possible custom duties will need to be paid by the recipient. Depending on urgency there are various shipping options:
 
  • Sea freight (about 21 days)
  • See-air freight (about 14 days)
  • Air freight (about 4 days)
 
From our experience the combination of sea and air freight doesn't have a significant price advantage over air freight and may only be applicable for tightly calculated just-in-time projects. 

We calculate for your advantage

Shipping by sea requires significant more efforts in preparing shipping documents. These efforts will usually be charged by the freight forwarder. Savings generally only materialize for quantities weighing greater than 250kg. Below this sea freight does not have a big price advantage compared to air freight.
